Pattaya Beach

Pattaya Beach is the most popular and most visited beach in Pattaya. It is always noisy and fun here.  But swimming in the center of the resort will not work because the water is rather dirty. However, lovers of outdoor activities will be delighted with the local cuisine served in the coastal cafes.

Na Jomtien Beach

Na Jomtien Beach is a quiet and peaceful beach where you can find privacy. It is located just 15 kilometers south of Pattaya. The water and sand conditions on the coast are much more welcoming than in the center, where you can not only sunbathe but also swim.

Wongamat Beach

Wongamat Beach is a small beach, 1.5 km long, very quiet, and cozy. It is located in the northern area of โ€‹โ€‹Naklua. The road is far away, so the noise of cars does not bother me. The beach is a great place to relax and enjoy exotic landscapes. If you stock up on snacks and drinks in advance, you can spend a lot of time on this beach, sunbathing or playing with children.

Military Beach

Of all the mainland beaches in the vicinity of Pattaya, Militari Beach has gained the greatest fame, which has become an excellent alternative to a trip to Koh Lan. The military beach or Sai Kaew Beach is located on the territory of the naval base. For entry, a pass is issued at the checkpoint, the entry fee is 100 baht (2.7 euros) for adults and 50 baths (1.35 euros) for children. Foreigners are required to leave the secure facility before 18:00.

Sai Kaew Beach can be compared to island beaches in terms of transparency of the water, therefore it is also often called the Blue Lagoon or Azure Bay. The water is always clear here, and the beach is not crowded. There are cafes, and restaurants on the beach, and you can rent a bungalow right on the beach. There are no large hotels and buildings nearby since the area is considered a protected area.
