Study: best countries for Indians

Study

Recognized world leaders in higher education are stepping on the heels of countries offering quality education at affordable prices or even free.

There are 5 countries to study abroad for Indians

Practical America

The United States is the country with the largest number of international students. According to the US Department of Education, over 1.18 million international students study in the USA. The system of higher education presupposes a close connection between theoretical courses and practical activities.

For example, students of natural science faculties undergo practical training in laboratories of leading biotechnology companies, and students of faculties, where that teach programming, in the largest IT companies. Many US universities, such as Harvard and Stanford Universities, and the Massachusetts Institute of Technology, provide prestigious degrees that companies value when hiring employees.

At the same time, higher education in the United States is more expensive than in most countries: according to the information from the College Board student support organization, tuition at an average American university for a foreign student costs about $ 25 thousand per year, in an educational institution of a higher level – two to three times expensive. For example, annual tuition and living at the University of Michigan cost $ 60-70 thousand.

But the owners of highly qualified professions are usually offered work here immediately by the companies themselves. Also, they take upon themselves all the legal and financial costs for their employment and integration into work after training.

The Conventional UK

A country with a thousand-year history of university education does not differ in highly diverse of secondary education programs, but it invariably keeps on top. Unlike the American one, the British system is subject to strict government quality standards and is generally quite conservative. At the same time, British universities are traditionally attractive.

The average cost of tuition at British universities, according to some resources, is approximately ยฃ 22,000 ($ 29,000). Humanities specialties are the most reasonable – prices for a year of study start at ยฃ 12,000 ($ 16,000). The most expensive is training in medical specialties – about ยฃ 38 thousand ($ 51 thousand).

Free Germany

In 2016, the British HSBC Holdings recognized Germany as the country with the highest quality education in the world. That said, it is mostly free: in 2014, the German federal government abolished tuition fees at all public universities for both national and international students. The exception is the state universities of Baden-Wรผrttemberg, wherein in the fall of 2017 they introduced a small fee (from โ‚ฌ 1.3 thousand to โ‚ฌ 3 thousand per year) for international students.

This decision made Germany extremely attractive to young people from foreign countries. Suffice it to mention that the goal set in 2010 to increase the number of international students to 350 thousand people in ten years. However, it was achieved much earlier in 2016 (according to the German Academic Exchange Service). Germany is inferior to the United Kingdom and the United States.

Tech Canada

The advantage of Canada is the combination of high quality and affordability of higher education. Education in Canadian universities is much cheaper than in American and British universities – a year of study at an average university costs only about $ 13,000. At the same time, the quality of education in the country has grown significantly over the past 10-15 years.

Five Canadian universities – the universities of Toronto, Alberta, British Columbia, Montreal, and McGill University are included in the top 100 best universities in the world. Graduates of these, and several other Canadian universities, have significant benefits in obtaining a work permit and even a residence permit. Education in Canada is considered one of the most technologically advanced worldwide: students of technical faculties, starting from the second year, undergo compulsory practice in laboratories or production in various companies.

Democratic France

Another one of the best education systems in the world is distinguished by affordable prices. France was in third place among European countries (after Germany and the UK). About a third of places in state universities in the country are completely free even for foreigners – however, they have to pass a laborious language exam without fail. But even in paid places, you can study for modest money.

For example, the average cost of studying at medical universities, which are considered one of the most prestigious in France, is only โ‚ฌ 450 per year. One of the reasons for studying in France is the country’s rich culture. And also, France is a country of ancient universities with a unique history and traditions. The Higher Normal School of Paris, the University of Pierre and Marie Curie, and the Higher Normal School of Lyon are just some of the educational institutions from which students come to France.
