Malaysia: reasons to relocate

Flag of Malaysia

In 2015, the country entered the top 10 fastest-growing countries in the world. This means that excellent conditions for doing business have been created here. You don’t even need to know the official Malay language to move to Malaysia. Until 1957, there was a British colony here, which means that English is still used by the locals. It even had its own name – Malaysia.

You can rest all year round

Of all the advantages of Malaysia, the most important and indisputable is that it is a year-round destination. The average annual temperature ranges between 28 and 33 degrees, and the rather hot climate is mitigated by light winds and rains. Also, there are no rainy seasons on the east coast of Malaysia, which spoils the rest of many tourists.

Ecotourists’ paradise

Ecotourists from all over the world come to see the natural beauty of Malaysia. Moreover, the national tourism promotion agency of Malaysia presented a unique natural site at the ITB 2014 international exhibition in Berlin – the Royal Rainforests of Belum.

The forest area covers an area of โ€‹โ€‹3,000 square meters. km and older than the forests of the Amazon and Congo by more than 130 million years. The Belum rainforest is home to some 3,000 species of flowers and 14 species of rare animals, including the Malaysian tiger, Sumatran rhinoceros, and the Asian elephant, as well as three species of the world’s largest flower, Rafflesia.

Malaysia offers a wide variety of hotel accommodations. In the capital Kuala Lumpur, luxury lovers can stay in hotels of international hotel chains: Four Seasons, Hilton, Hyatt, Holiday Inn, Le Meridien, Mandarin Oriental, Marriott, Melia, Mercure, Renaissance, Ritz Carlton, Shangri-La, Sheraton, Westin. Some of them have offices in other parts of Malaysia – mainly in the resort centers of Penang and Langkawi.

Malaysian spas deserve special mention. Their level was appreciated by many tourists. For example, the premium Pangkor Laut Resort on Pangkor Island was voted in the Top 25 Spa Resorts in Asia by Hong Kong’s Smart Travel Asia portal.

On the islands of Pom-Pom, Layang-Layang, Lankayan, Kaplan, and Mataking, in addition to the usual hotels, numerous traditional-style bungalows have been built. These resort areas are primarily aimed at diving and exotic lovers. Fans of diving can also choose to stay in the island hotels. That is, any tourist can find a suitable option.

Developed transport infrastructure

Traveling around the country is easy: air traffic is provided by various carriers, the main cities of Malaysia are connected by rail, high-speed electric trains run between Kuala Lumpur and nearby settlements. Interstate bus travel is relatively inexpensive.

And of course, many tourists have appreciated the convenience of means of transportation in Malaysia such as taxis, public transport, and car rental. A trip to this country can be a great chance to visit neighboring Thailand and Singapore at the same time, you can get there quite quickly by express train.

Budget and quality medical services

The wonders of Eastern, and in particular Malay, medicine are known all over the world, and therefore the flow of tourists visiting the country for treatment and recovery does not dry out. For those wishing to improve their health, there is a high quality of treatment (doctors in Malaysia are among the best in the whole of Southeast Asia), and understandable, the sustainable medical system recognized by WHO.

And at the same time, which is important, the prices for services are much more favorable than in America, Germany, or Israel. Plus to this – the opportunity to use non-traditional methods of recovery during the recovery period, as well as interesting travel programs that can be combined with treatment.

Plenty of entertainment for tourists

Next year, Malaysia will celebrate the fourth anniversary of the launch of the large-scale Visit Malaysia program. Its goal is to organize a wide range of entertainment events for all guests of the country. Thanks to it, tourists will be able to become participants in various ethnic festivals, take part in prize drawings and receive special offers from tour operators. Malaysia’s tourism calendar is filled with exciting events and colorful holidays! Here are just a few.
